With instruction from Joy Doherty, learn to create space in your body through deep sensing of movement, breath, traction stretches and imaging.
As the space expands, the body is deconstructed into parts that move relative to each other.
When you explore consciously moving and arranging the various parts of your body, the “pose” reveals itself to be exactly where you are, moment to moment: free, open, spacious, filled with awareness, emerging from a deep relationship of kindness between the mind and body.
We also experience deeper forms of sensing through yoga nidra, meditation, gazing, dyads and pranayama.
